This beautifully presented cottage sleeps up to six people. Downstairs there is a cosy living/dining area with an open fire and a modern well-equipped kitchen. From the entrance way you can access the second of the double bedrooms, with ensuite. There is also additional sleeping accommodation by way of a bunk bed in the hallway.

Upstairs there is a further large double bedroom along with a family bathroom and a third twin bedroom.

Outside:
This property boasts an impressive outside entertaining space. The large terrace area is accessed through French windows leading from the living room and provides a covered outside eating area. The fireplace makes this area comfortable and usable all year round.

Situation:
The cottage is situated within the heart of the South Downs National Park. The charming hamlet of Priors Dean is within walking distance of two delightful country pubs. The village itself is surrounded by footpaths and bridleways.
The popular market town of Petersfield is just over four miles away with Alresford a short twenty minute drive.
