Thank you for all of your assistance during this process.  It has been extremely testing at times, but we have been grateful for your perseverance, pragmatic advice and sense of humour to help get us to the end point.  Thank you too for not being the stereotypical estate agent!  It has previously been exasperating, when dealing with agents who just haven’t listened and/or properly taken the time to understand what we want to achieve, etc.  That has culminated, on my part, in a slight mistrust of agents generally.   It has therefore been refreshing not to feel that way and, again, that is down to your experience and approach – it is much appreciated!
